Best Panasonic Yet October 22, 2007 Reviewer:  Haus Frau "Mel W" (Winsted, CT)  See all my reviews >

I'm pleasantly surprised with this phone. I was reluctant to purchase it since I have had issues with my previous Panasonic phones, typically it's poor quality, tinny sound in the line, picks up too much interferance, etc. This phone has good quality sound, little interferance, pretty good range and isn't too difficult to setup.
I exchanged my vtech 6041 for this model panasonic. The vtech had a better range for me, but the panasonic still has decent range. I don't need to go down the road with it. It also excepts a bit more eletronic interferance than the vtech, again, not a huge issue just keep the main base away from your tv, PC, or similar device.
EXCELLENT battery life!! My husband works from home and used if for 17 hours without recharging and it still was going strong. If you completely wipe out the batteries it's only 7-8 hours to recharge completely. You can't beat that. We also bought the phone in the middle of a work day and used regular alkaline AAs to get through the day, we got about 8 hours off of them.
It has a lot of features and is probably not the most user friendly interface, but I haven't seen many phones that are these days. It's not difficult to setup and once you get used to the format of the phone, retrieving CID, messages, etc is not a chore. No setup required to just "use" the phone, just plug it in.
I miss the back light on the keypad but I can live without it.

good choice, but... May 8, 2008 Reviewer:  Baker "NetFishing" (Penn, PA United States)  See all my reviews >

I bought the 2 handset and wish I would have bought the 3 handset one instead. The sound is good and can move about my yard when outside working. And it doesn't pick up background sounds like my old cordless did. I like the phonebook feature, like a cell phone. Great buy!

STATIC November 26, 2007 Reviewer:  TXYANKEE "TXYankee" (Texas)  See all my reviews >

I bought these phones hoping that they would work correctly. They have way too much STATIC.

I like the product for its size and light weight, and I never oversleep in the morning. It's talking when I need. Program and don't place it in areas with a lot of electronics.

Not that good May 15, 2009 Reviewer:  Larry K. (White Plains, NY)  See all my reviews >

If you have owned a previous Panasonic phone, you will be disappointed with this phone system. No lit keypad, which you can tell from the photo. The 2 main gripes I have with this phone are the lack of the standard panasonic ringtone. This phone has the most annoying ringer and the caller id (missed call) feature. On most standard Panasonic phones, all you have to do to see your missed calls is hit the down arrow. On this phone, you have to hit menu, ok, missed calls, ok again. It is just a pain in the neck. I returned this phone and got the KX-TG9343S for a cheaper price more. The new phone is a far superior phone and I would highly recommend that phone.

The Best Phone! October 28, 2009 Reviewer:  Viking-t See all my reviews >

I have had this phone for 6 months after buying another Panasonic phone for my office, and I absolutely love it. I was replacing a different brand of phone and always heard that Panasonic makes the best phones. I love the clarity of calls with no static or interference. I'm also amazed by the battery life. I have left a handset off the charger for 4-5 days, and it still has battery life. It's also very easy to use with a great keypad.

Before I purchased this phone, I read several reviews and read Consumer Reports. It sure paid off.

good for the $ September 25, 2009 Reviewer:  swerblin "swerblin" (Naples, FL)  See all my reviews >

Have had this phone set a year and love it. Can live without a backlit keypad. As far as reviewers who have had static problems - make sure before you buy this that the cordless ferquency is not the same as the frequency of your microwave, baby monitor, and other wireless devices. We made sure there was no other device in our home on this wavelength and have never had a problem. Good battery life.

Terrific phone July 25, 2009 Reviewer:  Angie Slosiarek Real Name (Cedar Rapids, IA)  See all my reviews >

This phone has worked remarkably well for us. I bought the answering machine base and three add-on phones. We have had no trouble with any of the phones and have always had terrific reception and clear calls. All the handsets hold their charges very well. I've had the phones more than 2 years so far. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new phone. In fact, I bought two of them for my new business.

Very good phone July 18, 2009 Reviewer:  Happy with my Phones "Jenny B" (Saratoga Springs, NY)  See all my reviews >

I bought mine in January of 2009 - It's been 7 months and still going strong. Never had any problems with it. No complaints whatsoever. Works everytime I use it. Extra handsets make it really nice because I didn't have a phone jack in my living room and with this phone I didn't need one (just needed an outlet). I would highly recommend this phone to anyone.

Not worth the $ July 13, 2009 Reviewer:  Heather from PA "Heather" (PA)  See all my reviews >

I purchased this phone from HSN. The answering machine kept cutting off the incoming caller. They hadn't even spoken 10 seconds. The customer service at Panasonic, offered to replace it under warranty, if I paid to send it back. No thanks. I sent it back to HSN for a full refund. No shipping charges either.
